Jedi just turned seven and I wanted to make him something special for his "family cake". We do a family party in which the birthday boy/girl chooses dinner and we have cake and ice cream together. The actual party with friends comes later.
Being short on time (we don't get into details) I decided to just make him a few characters to put on top. He's way into his new Lego Harry Potter game that his older siblings got him for his birthday, so I decided to go with that.
Fondant characters on two six inch round over-filled cakes to look like mountains (use your imagination)
I used sparkler trick candles in between the mountains for his candles and he was excited to see the "magic" of his douling characters come to life!
